Tarkett Sports’ EcoPure has integrated a revolutionary foam backing designed to maximize safety and performance for the athletes who play upon it. Thanks to a never before seen foam backing for a product in this category, EcoPure effectively helps to reduce vibrations while providing for safe shock absorbent levels.
With a strong commitment to the environment, EcoPure can help reduce the consumption of water, detergent and energy by up to 50% simply by reducing its need for intense maintenance.
Thanks to EcoPure’s easy to maintain XF finish, cleaning and maintenance costs can be reduced by as much as 30%. A 10 year comparison between EcoPure and other non-XF treated surfaces over an area of approximately 10,000 square feet revealed maintenance savings over $80,000

The abrasion resistance and durability of EcoPure shows remarkable results when compared to other resilient flooring options. Surface treatment loss is measured in a modified Taber test, where a wheel covered with abrasive emery paper and loaded with a 1kg weight is rotated on the surface. When the surface treatment is worn out, the number of revolutions is recorded.
